How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the CondoTrack platform services
- Authenticate users and manage access permissions
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send service-related notifications and communications
- Improve the platform based on usage patterns

- Provide customer support
We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

- Cancelled Accounts: After account cancellation, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
- Expired Trials: Backup copies are retained for up to 30 days after deletion.
- Backup data: Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law.
- Legal obligations: You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time.
Your Rights
Under Quebec's privacy legislation, you have the following rights:

- In the event of a data breach that poses a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec within the legally required timeframe.
- We will provide details about the nature of the breach, the information involved, and the measures taken to reduce the risk.
- We maintain an incident response plan and regularly test our breach notification procedures.
- A register of confidentiality incidents is maintained as required by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of CondoTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
